***SCHEDULED SAFETY DRILL*** This morning the Schley County School District will be conducting a pre-planned Lockdown Drill. This drill is required by state law to be conducted annually for all schools in the State of Georgia. We also conduct this drill to practice and prepare our staff, students and local emergency responders to appropriately respond in the event of an armed intruder on our campus. This drill will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. If you attempt to visit the school during the drill you will not be able to enter until the drill is completed. We appreciate your support and assistance in providing for the safety and security of our students and staff.
