
Do you know a student with a passion for leadership and public service? The 2026 U.S. Senate Youth Program offers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn directly from our nation’s leaders in Washington, D.C.
The 2026 U.S. Senate Youth Program application window is open from August 11 to September 30. High school juniors or seniors may apply, provided they meet all program qualifications outlined by the U.S. Senate Youth Program. The application, program criteria, and informational brochures are on the Excellence Recognitions USSYP webpage at www.gadoe.org/USSYP. Applications are due by September 30 at 5:00 p.m.

All 10th graders will take this exam at no cost. There is nothing 10th graders need to do, Mrs. Hagerson will handle your registration to take the PSAT.

We will be giving the PSAT (Practice SAT) on October 8, at the high school. If you are a 9th or 11th grade student and are interested in taking this practice test, please sign up by Friday, August 29, in the front office. The cost for 9th and 11th graders to take the PSAT is $ 18.
