SCHS Blood Drive will be Friday, April 22, from 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Attention Class of 2024: It’s not too late! Jostens will be here to take class ring orders Wednesday, April 13th during lunch in the Front Lobby. To tell your story and design your ring, go to www.jostens.com. Remember to print your online design or complete an order form and bring it with your $100 down payment. If you have already placed an order, you may make a payment on the 13th as well.
Attention Class of 2022: Jostens will deliver your graduation supplies on Wednesday, April 13th during lunch in the Front Lobby. Cash or money order only will be accepted at delivery for any remaining balances. No checks will be accepted. You may also call the Jostens office to pay with a debit or credit card, or pay online at gagrad.com. Again, your senior supplies will be delivered Wednesday, April 13th.
The varsity baseball games scheduled for today, 4/5, have been cancelled.
We would like to congratulate Mr. Eric Sellers! He has been selected by the Georgia State FFA as a recipient of the Honorary State FFA Degree. It is an honor to receive this recognition, for this is the highest honor that can be bestowed upon an individual at the state level.
He will receive his award and recognition at the Georgia State FFA Convention that is being held April 28, 29, & 30.

We will be under a 2 hour delay on our start tomorrow. We will begin school at 10:00 AM. HIgh school students will report to 2nd Block. Middle school students will report to their corresponding period for that time. We will run the rest of our regular schedule from there.

AP students: You received a letter today informing you of your AP fees that are due this year. There is no charge this year for the AP Biology test because it is a STEM class. AP Lang and AP Gov't do have test fees. Look at the back of the paper you received to see how much you owe. Deadline to pay is April 29th to Mrs. Green. Email or come see her if you have any questions.
Any student currently in 7th-11th grade interested in trying out for color guard or winter guard may come get an interest form from Mrs. Brunson. Forms are due back by April 1.

SENIORS! Please pay off your remaining senior page balance before Friday, April 15. Once your balance is completely paid off you will be allowed to pick up the photos and information you turned in for your senior page. GSW is waiving SAT and ACT scores for the Fall 2022 semester. Students are still encouraged to submit SAT/ACT scores, if available, for scholarship and placement purposes.
The MS and Varsity baseball games are cancelled today 3/18.
Ghufran Bhatti and Dr. Black were honored as Schley County's STAR Student and Teacher at the District STAR Banquet on Monday evening. The event was held at the Cunningham Building on the campus of Columbus State University. We are very proud of Ghufran and Dr. Black for this great accomplishment!
