Due to our football team playing in the state championship game on Thursday evening and no in-person school on Friday, the Biology End of Course Test will be Thursday morning in the Cafeteria. Those taking the test will need to report to the Cafeteria by 8:00 AM.
THE SCHLEY COUNTY WIDCATS WON their semi-final matchup against Johnson County last night! This means they will be traveling to Atlanta to play for the State Championship at Center Parc Stadium, Thursday, December 8th. As this is a first-ever state football championship game for our entire community, we will be releasing all students at noon Thursday so that all students, faculty, and staff may have the opportunity to travel to the game. The scheduled game time is 5:00, however, there are three games preceding our game. This could mean a later actual start time. Because of the expected late return Thursday night into Friday morning, we will not hold in person classes on Friday. Friday will be an asynchronous learning day. Lessons and activities will be provided to students to complete at their own pacing by Monday.
Please join us in supporting our players, cheerleaders, and band in Atlanta this Thursday! Go Wildcats!

Parking for Schley fans will be behind our bleachers or at the Johnson County Sports Complex located on Chadwick Dr. across from the south end zone of the stadium (follow the red dashes on the map). The gate will be located behind the visiting stands in our main parking area.
Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) The ACP is an FCC benefit program that provides support for households on their internet costs. Please see https://www.fcc.gov/acp for more information. There are many ways to be eligible, but one way is if a child participates in the free and reduced-price meals.
The FFA is collecting stockings and shoeboxes with small toys and gift items to donate to the children in need at the Children's Advocacy Center in Americus. We are asking all students in the Middle/High school to participate. Please help us give these children a good Christmas. The 1st block high school or middle school homeroom class with the most individual donations will receive a pizza party. Thank you for your support.
Any student interested in competing in this year's Literary competition needs to come by Mr. Myer's room to sign up for the event they would like to participate.

The Wildcat Football team will be leaving for their Final Four game at Johnson Co. on Friday at 12:50 p.m. The bus will travel through town and turn onto Hwy 26 at the red-light. All 12 Days of Christmas tickets and money are due to the media center by Wednesday. Drawings start Thursday.
Prom dues are $65 and due to Mrs. Hart or Mrs. Reid by February 3. Prom is Saturday, April 1.
SCHS will be offering the ACT on our campus on March 7th. Deadline to sign up and pay is January 18th. The cost is $50 and students can sign up outside Mrs. Green's office. Please see Mrs. Green or email her with any questions.
