Dr. Jontu Solomon

Dr. Jontu Solomon is a 2008 graduate of Schley County High School.  After high school, Dr. Solomon went on to attend Georgia Southwestern State University graduating with a degree in Biology.  He then attended Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta and became a medical doctor.  At Morehouse School of Medicine, Dr. Solomon participated in the GE Foundation and the National Medical Fellowship Primary Care Leadership Program in Nashville, TN.  He trained at the Medical College of Georgia Family Medicine Residency Program and is active in the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Solomon lives in Ellaville with his wife Shariah McKenzie and he enjoys family, cooking, and traveling.  He is employed with the Phoebe Putney Health System in Buena Vista.  He is the son of Melinda Solomon Haynes and Freddie Harris.
