Florida State University is pleased to present the 2020 application process for the Service Scholar Program. The Service Scholar Program recognizes select incoming students with an outstanding record of community service and leadership, and who want to continue that commitment at FSU. The Service Scholar Program benefits include a scholarship valued at $3,000 per year for up to four years, participation in a service-learning academic curriculum, exposure to a diverse group of individuals and social issues, and support by faculty and staff.
An important part of continuing the success of this extraordinary program is recruiting excellent incoming students. Therefore, the Center for Leadership & Social Change is making tremendous efforts to promote this opportunity to all interested high school juniors and seniors who are considering attending FSU. However, we need your help! Please share this information with any students who have an exceptional record of community service and a desire to continue to learn through service and leadership. An 8.5”x11” poster is also attached for general posting. Application to this four year scholarship program is independent of admission or acceptance of admission to FSU and all interested students are encouraged to apply. However, final program selection is contingent on acceptance of FSU admissions by late April 2020.
